2026 Is the Year We Break the Pattern.
Did I ever tell you about how I started in the construction trades? I attended a vocational high school: Thomas A. Edison HS in Jamaica, Queens NY. Now after bring in the field 15 years, is what I found.
For decades, the trade industry has been stuck in the same cycle.
A classroom.
A textbook.
Death by powerpoint.
A handful of outdated labs.
Every apprentice, every journeyman, every contractor knows the truth: Real training never happened in the classroom, it was more of a formality and just counting down every minute for the labs, because that's where it happened.
You did not learn the NEC by memorizing chapters.
You learned it standing in front of a service panel, under pressure, flipping between code articles, and getting corrected by someone who has been in the craft longer than you have been alive.
That foundation built our industry. I will never speak ill of it...
But what got us here, won't take us to the next level.
But the industry and construction world has changed and the old model, mindset and culture has not kept up.
Young people want to see the work. Apprentices want guidance they can actually use today. Contractors want a way to train their teams that does not drown them in PowerPoints. And brands want to put their tools and equipment where the education actually happens.
Over the last year, we proved what the industry was needing.
Our content reached 5 million views in the last 30 days across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. And it was not because of algorithms or gimmicks. It was because people finally saw what they have been starving for:
Installs, NEC application, Job-site demonstrations, Problems and solutions.
This momentum led us to ask a simple question:
If the hands-on approach is what the industry wants… why is the education system not built around it?
That is where the Energize Framework comes in.
Introducing the Next Generation of Accredited Trade Education — Launching Q4 2026
We are building a nationwide, LMS platform designed for one purpose: to bring true job-site training into a simple, powerful 1-2-3 system. This is not a “video course.” This is not another online program. This is field-based, code-backed, nationally recognized trade education.
Every module will take apprentices through:
- Real job-site walkthroughs
- NEC code application in context
- Step-by-step installations
- Proper technique, safety, and equipment use
- Tool selection, setup, and real-world troubleshooting
The Energize Framework puts the student on the job from day one, and mental model they will need to fully understand and visualize — even if they are training from home.
And now we reach the part where the industry has the most to gain.
We’re Opening Exclusive 2026 Partnerships
Tools • Clothing • Boots • Equipment • Electrical • Renewable • Hardware • Safety Gear
We are creating something the industry has never had: A national training platform where a partner’s product becomes part of the education itself.
We are looking for partners who want their tools, equipment, and gear consistently featured in:
- Every install
- Every demonstration
- Every NEC walkthrough
- Every solar, electrical, or renewable training module
- Every apprenticeship lesson
- Every piece of online, hands-on content
Brands that want to give and be apart of the next generation.
From major equipment manufacturers to tool companies, renewable providers, safety gear brands, and retail giants… this is the moment to lock in exclusivity.
That includes national organizations such as:
- State-level workforce boards
- Trade schools and technical programs seeking updated curriculum
- Manufacturers seeking national training visibility
We are building an ecosystem that honors tradition but finally moves the trades forward. And for the right partners, this is a chance to shape the future of workforce development.
2026 Is not Just a New Year.
It Is a New Era for the Skilled Trades. For the first time, the trade world has an opportunity to offer:
- Training built by contractors
- Education grounded in code
- Content trusted by millions
- Modules that feel like a real job-site day
- A platform that speaks the language of electricians, solar installers, apprentices, and the companies that hire them
The industry has been asking for this for a long time. We are finally building it. If you are a brand, organization, or partner ready to stand at the front of this shift — let us talk.
